Is festival entry paid?
No. Entry to the Babur Park exhibition, the flower parade, and main cultural events is completely free. Only the city museum charges 10,000 UZS for foreign visitors.

Most asked questions
When is the best time to visit?
The brightest week is the opening (May 24–31). Early July is the quietest and coolest. Fashion Week and the drone show take place in mid-June.
Is accommodation available?
During the festival, the Namangan Region has 8,500+ rooms (25 hotels, 526 family guesthouses, 6 hostels, 18 sanatoriums). Rooms book fast in June — we recommend booking in advance.
Are there activities for children?
Yes — every day from 10:00 to 18:00 the children's zone in Babur Park runs free workshops: flower planting, ikebana, drawing.
How do I get media accreditation?
